What a wack service! Richard is a 0.

Got a Porsche Macan 10 month ago there. My car has a coolant signal issue! Had 3 appointment to fix it and still have the same issue.

On my last appointment I had a really bad experience with Richard! This man has no respect for his customer. First my car still have this issue after all those appointments. Second, this Richard guy literally terminate our appointment in less than 5 seconds without giving me any solution because It looks line he had a more importante customer to take care waiting after me.

I will never buy my 2020 911 Porsche there, that s for sure!
