What a lovely stop. Just passing through on a 3500km roadtrip from Finland and imagine our surprise when we found Iittala products on clearance in Germany! Considered one of Finland's national brands, the handmade glasswares are beautiful and priced above average. The department store was clearing out their inventory as they would no longer be carrying the products but what luck to find things that essentially NEVER go on sale in Helsinki to be discounted in Germany. We thought it was very amusing and we bought a few things that were just out of our budget in Suomi.
