I had gone in to do a simple blood test and received an unexpected bill from the lab for over $500 for what I thought was a simple procedure. The provider redirected me to an external billing contact and email when I called to talk about the claim I had received. The message box was full upon attempting to leave a message and my call-back number. I have not yet received an email response.

Since, my last post. The issue has been promptly resolved. Moved to 3 stars as I did not see a prompt resolution until after talking with a few people there and attempting to escalate.
