Hotel staff needs to cheer up and smile more often...

Hotel staff needs to cheer up and smile more often which is seriously lacking. Its no fun looking at sour faces, fortunately the doorman is kind and friendly.
The hotel reception needs to be reminded of my request else it gets forgotten. For example complimentary wifi that does not work, we were booked into single occupancy rooms by mistake and there was no follow up by hotel reception.
Thank you for understanding but i will not stay in this hotel again.
