I had a great experience with my Verizon plan, but it wasn't because of Sova, Inc. While the network coverage was good and the pricing was fair, I found that the customer service provided by Sova, Inc. was lacking. They were not very helpful and it took a long time to get any issues resolved. Despite this, I still rate my overall experience as great due to the quality of Verizon's service.
