If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will never call this company again. A service technician came to my home to trouble shoot a problem that I was having. I was told that the evaporator had cracked and "puked" all of the refrigerant and that at a minimum, I would have to replace the evaporator ($3,500). It was recommended that I replace the entire system. The service tech called a salesman to re-evaluate the system and to quote repairs. I was quoted 4 separate options ranging from $8,900 to $16,800 for a 4-ton unit. I called a different company for a 2nd opinion. The second company fixed the system by replacing the gasket on a schrader valve and charging the system. $120.00 and done. It's good to know that there are still a few honest businesses out there.
