Room was poorly maintained with cracking paint, frayed towels. Lobby restroom was not clean. We had to wait 2 hours to be served breakfast (there was no buffet due to Covid restrictions). The waiters were literally running, trying to serve everyone. Most likely they are short staffed but this was unacceptable.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, though, and the room was clean.
