The buying experience was good. Salesman answered by questions, but seemed to be hiding something. A few days after buying the vehicles, the check engine light came one. Turned out they sold me a defective Ml 350 with the balance shaft problem. As some people may be aware, this is a very expensive repair which ended up costing me $7000.00 additionally. I am gathering information about this franchise, and have contracted a lawyer to investigate a possible case of fraud since the vehicle was guaranteed by the sales person to be in perfect working condition, without any stored codes in the on-board computer.
Never ever again.
