I recently stayed at the hotel in a major city, and overall, my experience was average. The location of the hotel was great, and the decor and ambiance had a unique and quirky charm. However, the service was not as attentive as I expected, and there were some issues with the room cleanliness. The amenities were standard, but nothing particularly notable. The website was user-friendly and made the booking process straightforward. While the hotel had its charming aspects, I felt it fell short in providing a consistently high level of service and attention to detail. I may consider giving it another chance in the future, but for now, it's an average rating from me.
