The legal team was approachable and seemed knowledgeable in their field. However, I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times, as it took longer than expected to get updates on my case. The initial consultation was helpful, but I wished for a more proactive approach in keeping me informed throughout the process. While the outcome was ultimately satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and follow-up. Overall, the experience was average, and I would recommend setting clearer expectations with clients regarding communication frequency.
