The customer is suppose to be in a better position after a refinance not worse, i.e.

Rate from 3.5 to 3.75 fixed
From 25 years to 30 years
Payment should be lower than is now, not more!

Now , I have a credit inquiry on record bc nothing was as stated or correct from the initial offer.
