No sense of urgency and a lackadaisical attitude t...

No sense of urgency and a lackadaisical attitude towards patients. ER is a joke, no reason for the long wait, staff busy shooting the breeze, looking at phones or just not playing attention. If not for being close and a heart hospital I'd take my mother somewhere else.
