I have recently joined the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA and it has been a wonderful experience. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have been attending various classes and they have all been fantastic. The instructors are very knowledgeable and make each class enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Cumberland Cape Atlantic YMCA to anyone looking for a great fitness center.
