I can't even rate Sears service because there was no service. 1 star is 1 too many! Spoke to 11 different people about a kit i did not receive with my dishwasher - the most ridiculous 'pass the buck', was transferred 11x and then received a busy signal and the final straw calling the store and voice message instructs to leave a message - its no wonder you are going out of business - i don't feel sorry for Sears they brought their demise on themselves.
