Shows a few Walmart s in the area but signs say no overnight parking. They do have Fayetteville Police scanners/cameras at each Walmart and flashing 24/7. I did a 34 hr reset at the Walmart off of Hwy 59 before I-95 Business in the hope mills area just below Fayetteville. I parked on the north side of the building next to the bushes. The google maps photo shows a bunch of trailers there but they were gone when I parked there. Day parking seems to be okay but you need to be careful because a few aren t set up well for trucks so you will need to park on the side of the buildings for adequate parking space. Only other options I see are the rest areas nearby of 95 and a couple of small truck stops north and south of the city. Truckers Path app doesn t give great reviews due to bad fuel and potholes so plan ahead.
