Update to my review. I sustained a loss as a result of a hail storm. My roof, while older, had been checked a year or so earlier and it was reported to be in good condition with years of life remaining.

My insurance on the roof took into account that the roof would be depreciated. I knew this when I signed on for coverage.

I needed a new roof and the Leaf Guard gutters were also damaged. The claim has been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to my agent working for me with the carrier.
