I ve been with Gessler Clinic for years, and now is the time I part ways. I do realize life happens and many things are out of our control. Yet, I had an appointment set up for nearly 2 months, even took off of work for the appointment. I get a call the morning of saying that I can not be seen because Dr. Jones could not come in. Only offered me another appointment a month out again, absolutely not. Why would I wait another month to possibly be cancelled again? This is bad business regardless of the reason. You d think I would get a better offer on the next appointment being that I was cancelled same day. Not to mention, the customer service. I will not and would not recommend Gessler.
