During Covid-19 lockdown I called North Shore Soap Factory and had them mail out care packages to my 50 employees to let them know I was thinking of them during this difficult, scary and uncertain time. Deb let me choose the contents of the care packages and my staff were thrilled to receive soaps and lip balms and other goodies with a gift card I had prepared. Great customer service! Would recommend to other businesses planning gifts or appreciation for employees!
