DO NOT have your car serviced here! Our family purchased a car in July, by October it was having problems that were MAJOR safety concerns (turning off on its own on major highways etc). PAY ATTENTION when they review your warranty information with you, THEY WILL NOT say that you have to pay $250 up front before anything additional for your car repairs are covered. If the salesman tells you that your first oil change is covered DON'T BELIEVE THEM because they will not honor that. Also, when you bring your car into be servicing please assume it will take at least 2x as long as they say to get it back. We provided them the car on 11/21 and did not get the car back until 12/02. We were not kept up to date as to WHY there were delays other than the people who work in service "ordered the wrong part" or "broke xyz" and needed time to fix it. I tried calling in today in hopes that for all the frustration we would be compensated by maybe having some of the insurance covered that we had to pay out of pocket for the rental (they did cover the daily fee) or the $250 up front deductible or maybe just the $49 oil change for our troubles. Instead I was like "I do not know what you want me to do, you can get your car back today"..... I am NEVER purchasing another car from them and FOR SURE NEVER having another car serviced at Carmax or this location.
