I finally found a groomer in Portland around 2009 who knew how to handle my sheltie s thick coat, and my dog was always happy when I picked him up (which was not always the case at other groomers). When I moved to SF in 2010, I was expressing my disappointment that I would have to find another groomer my groomer surprised me by letting me know that her mentor, Lancy Woo, had a grooming business in SF, VIP Grooming! I have been bringing my dog here since I moved to the city. Lancy and her staff, who are all amazing, take such great care of my dog. He loves going to VIP and always looks great when I pick him up. I m so grateful for them.
