A group of us generally go to Gators on Monday nights to have all you can eat wings. This time the place was actually empty so we thought we might receive some quick service (never have a problem at the red bug location). So first order of wings takes almost 30 mins and came out cold, second order took over 30 mins. We were there over an hour and the second plate came out (they were actually hot this time). We complained to the waitress to talk to the manager he finally came out and I said we've been here almost an hour and a half and we haven't even received the third plate. Ole parachute pants (manager) said that on slow nights wings generally take 15-20 mins per plate (which is fine but this is averaging over 30 mins) he checked our ticket and it was only 1 hour and 12 mins. I hysterically started laughing and he walked away. Besides that we had to beg to get a refill on our drinks and she would forget them most of the time anyway after we would ask. Waitress kept apologizing but not fixing the issues and the manager could careless. Definitely will not be back.
