I ve never dealt with a hotel so rude
Booking in for the 13/03/20 to do Barcelona marathon
Spain went into lockdown on the 14/03/20
Week in advance we got told because of the virus it was cancelled
We would not of traveled at all because of the situation with the virus
Ohla Barcelona respond
You had a reservation!
We let Ohla Barcelona know 5 days before
Witch is there cancellation policy!
They took Unauthorised money out our account
And for week they would not respond due to the virus
We as the rest the world know it s Difficult times
This hotel went out there way to not refund the money
They as a email from them said for me to claim through a insurance

This hotel should be avoided at all cost
