Just to let you know,1 star has nothing to do with the Skydive .As far as the experience, It s amazing . My issue is with making a booking last week with a confirmed slot for next week the 27th of December at 13:15 pm, only to receive an email two days ago saying that my booking has been cancelled. I sent an email to know why, but didn t receive a reply. I had to google their number because on the website it only lets you send messages, which I also did but no one replied again. So I called and talked to them and explained, to which I was told not to worry. We will sort this out and get back to you. Which never happened. I called again today and explained all that had happened only to hear a silly explanation of the weather next Friday will not be good for skydiving. But I am entitled to a refund or a week later if rebooking . This was a surprise birthday present for my sister on her last day in Dubai. Thank you so much for being considerate and trying to help out and your prompt replies .
