The only reason I'm giving one star is that the delivery person almost never actually rings the bell to deliver the package to us. Even if it's to the 1st floor and it's a small package. They automatically leave it in the store downstairs, even if someone is home, so they don't need to deliver the packages one by one.
Not sure if it's due to time pressure and workload or simply they're just lazy.
Please do something the improve the service.
Otherwise I'm package totally satisfied as it was delivered super fast and online tracking works really good, too.
