I just have to say I did not stay here and due to the horrible customer service I NEVER will. I booked the Omni and unfortunately could not make my reservation due to hospitalization. The hotel would not refund my money OR let me move the date with MORE then 1 week notice. I am so disappointed that people could be so unkind due to unforeseen circumstances. It s businesses like these that do not deserve anyone s money.
