This place deserves zero stars. My daughter ran away from this facility 5 days ago. This is the second time she has run, last time she was found by police and brought back to the girls unit. For all l know she could be in another city by now, taken in by some psycho or dead. The staff should have never had her in a transport vehicle to begin with. They don t do anything to stop the kids from leaving and now l m left wondering if my child is dead or alive. She is now on her own with no money, food, or clothes. Please DO NOT send or let a judge send your child here. Obviously the staff is undertrained and clueless, they change the rules every 5 minutes. Children need consistency or they will feel insecure and lose respect for authority. You cannot heal in a chaotic environment. The parent apartments are disgusting and worn down, the staff is disrespectful and not qualified to handle kids with severe emotional and behavioral issues. Shut this place down before more kids end up missing or harmed from lack of care. My daughter would have been better off at home, at least l would know she s ok. I was trying to get her proper treatment and now l am left to wonder whether l ll ever see her again.
