First time servicing vehicle there, satisfactory service as per your requests. No issues there, professional to deal with in service. However, stars lost for how your personal information is used. Provided my address and personal cell # with the understanding that it would only be used to contact me when vehicle is ready for pick up. One month later, I am receiving unwanted calls on my cell from them soliciting a 'special sale.' Would certainly reconsider all future sales/service with this location. Never had this problem with my original dealership (Sherwood Park Toyota)

Bottom line: Be sure to clarify with them how they collect and use whatever personal info you provide them with.
