Took the guy 5 minutes to come into our home and tell us our repair would be $400 something which coincidentally is the same price as their 13 month maintenance plan. I don't like a company that sells maintenance agreements more than actual repairs. Total rip off and not knowledgeable. The technicians are commissioned salesmen. Beware!
