Absolutely poor service! I have been trying to obtain my police clearance for over 6 months. I have been told to send my documents, they were returned and I was told to do it online. Tried online but as I do not have a mobile in the UAE I could not proceed. Called and was told that i need to fill register with MOICAIC, I did that, paid and sent documents again. Guess what?! they were returned again,, I cannot get a refund. And so the cycle continues, If some has any ideas how to get the UAE police clearance document can you please let me know?!
