I just got my new Passat 5 days ago I love it! unfortunately the heat quit working in my new Passat but it is under warranty, customer service is fantastic have an appointment to get it fixed today free of charge. Will deffinatly be getting my vehical serviced here in the future. No complaints on here!!

Update: I'm never going back again. I thought this would be a good place to get my car serviced. 2 weeks after the heat was fixed heater core went out once again. This time they asked for a 145 dollar diagnosis fee last time there wasn't one. Why would I pay that for something that was under warranty when it wasn't even fixed right the first time. 2 weeks after heat went out. Check engine light came on. Throwing code for bad oxygen sensor got it fixed at another shop. The car only had 30,000 miles. Now at 36,000 miles my car quit driving while going 60 on the highway. No check engine light or anything and it would not start. I had to get it towed to this VW dealership because it was the only place my insurance covered to tow it. Once we got there they asked again for the 145 dollars for diagnosis I said okay at first because I had no other option. 3 days into diagnosis they called me and said they cannot figure out what is wrong with the car. I let volkswagen of Colombia missouri ( where I bought the car from 4 months ago) know what the issue was. I told them about the 145 dollar fee and they said that they shouldn't be charging me for a diagnosis when they didn't figure out what is wrong. The colombia dealer ship offered to pay my loan off completely and get me into a brand new 2016 passat and they would even send someone to tow the car all the way to colombia. I said absolutely!!!!! They called the VW in cedar rapids on boyson on a recorded line and there service manager said I don't owe any money. Once the tow truck got there to take my car to colombia they Cedar Rapids VW gave me a call to let me know he was there but they are not going to give the car to them until they get a payment. So I told them I would call them back. I immediate called VW of Colombia to let them know they will not give there tow guy the car until they get a payment. They said that was BS because they just talked to the service manager and they said I don't owe any money. They called VW of cedar rapids and they said the service manager was not there so I would have to make a payment. VW of Colombia called me back and said not to bother with the payment they went ahead and paid it for me. THANK YOU SO MUCH VW OF COLOMBIA MISSOURI! I OWE YOU GUYS BIG TIME!!! Never going back to this dealer/ service department. You know there is a problem with your customer service when a customer would rather drive 3 hours away for some one with better service. Don't understand why they tried to make me pay I diagnosis when they never figured out what was wrong with the car. I'm only 18 years old. Im in collage and i have a full time job and I dont have rich parents who can pay for stuff when I don't have the money. Please quit trying to suck every last dollar out of me. I'm just lucky that the people that work at the VW dealership I bought the car from has a heart. If I wouldn't have gotten that new deal from VW of Colombia I would have lost my job, got a repossession for a car that didn't run. I would have lost everything. Keep in mind some of the good reviews on here are from the people that work there. I recognise a few of the names so instead of looking at the good reviews look at the bad ones because those are the real/ honest customers and i see they have been treated the same as me.
