Hoss Boss Review of Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl, Inc.

This review is strictly in relation to the "boardroom", or where you go to in the lodge to get your snowboard looked at if it breaks. The mountain itself is fantastic. I went snowboarding this past Saturday and unfortunately the binding strap buckle broke as i was tightening it. I was told to take it there to get it fixed. On a busy Saturday they only had one woman working in the shop and another woman coming in and out of the store helping with the cash register. I show the girl my board, which has pretty recent Burton bindings and she looks at it in such confusion. She had maybe 10 min of experience in fixing snowboards so I can't fathom why she would get hired to work in a shop that is supposed to fix snowboards. She tries fixing it once with a piece and then simply gives up and hands me the parts box, which is a box with old bindings and screws and such, hands me a screwdriver and literally says " good luck". After a whole 45 minutes later I finally found a replacement part from a different binding which barely fit, a whole ordeal which should have taken no longer than 10 minutes to fix. I wasted nearly an hour rummaging through old parts trying to fix the snowboard myself with absolutely no help from the employees. Sad.
