Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. We have (2) Pathway portable dish's, have had one since 2014 that works perfectly bought another one in April, won't find all of the satellites. Troubleshoot on phone with Dish for 1.5 hours, Dish comes to look at it checks all connections for another 2.5 hours. They tell me it is the Pathway. Call retailer who I purchased it from, 2-days later he can't help me have to call Winegard. Call Winegard and I'm frustrated because now I have to spend time with their tech support for them to tell me it's broken. Customer service lady is HORRIBLE, screams at me tells me I am belittling her - no I'm frustrated that I have to spend hours on the phone with people to get something accomplished. She proceeds to tell me that Dish techs don't know what they are doing so I should have called Windgard in the first place. Thanks for the advice and maybe I should have but I'm not sure how I would know that when my service is with Dish. I expect better. I deserved better.
