Typical situation where doctors abdicate their business responsibilities to a poorly performing (cheap?) billing service. We called 3 times and said the same thing - "here's our insurance information, please file" to which they replied they would update us in 45 days. Then POOF! - collection agency. I don't need credit. They can rot....
