Some of the special offers are marked wrong. I picked up a pack of batteries marked up as 16 LE, when I got to the cashier I was charged 55 LE. I usually check my receipt before I leave any shop. When I addressed the issue I was told I would have to go all the way to the second floor, even though I had two shopping trolleys full of shopping to check the sort out the issue. No one else would help, the only other option was to go to customer service and return them and get my money back. To be fair the customer service man was very polite and gracious. But still it could have been handled better.
