Stopped by first thing on Saturday to get a tire checked out. Was told the mechanic would be arriving within half an hour. We waited for over an hour and when the mechanic still had not arrived, we chose to take our business elsewhere. First of all, if your employees are going to arrive that late, they should be fired. But if you insist on employing such irresponsible people, you shouldn t lie to your customers. We had somewhere important to be and you had two apparently wholly incompetent employees sitting around doing absolutely nothing. That is terrible service I m shocked you re still in business.
