I had an appointment at 8am and arrive half an hour early. The process was super efficient and I was out by 8:30. The staff were very friendly and as it was the start of the day there was no back log or large queues. I would definitely recommend as early an appointment as possible. Mobile phones are allowed too, contrary to what I was lead to believe by various sources. Very pleased!
