You CLEARLY don't even read your own reviews!! Notice you've only commented back to the 4-5 star reviews--never the 1-3 star ones!

Will comment that the repair techs who show up are highly skilled at doing their jobs, however I've seen over a good number of years -- especially the last 6-9 months-- that your parts support and dispatching support is HORRIBLE!

We received your "Dear Valued Customer" letter with our last renewal contract and it's the GREATEST PIECE OF FICTION I've read in many years!!!

Your letter addressed:
1) Shortened Service Windows--COMPLETE FICTION!!! YOU CAN BARELY PROVIDE THE CORRECT DAY-forget a 2 hour window! "We will be there to fix it within 3 days"--AGAIN, high fiction!
2) Reduced Wait Times - RARELY is our phone call answered in less than 3 minutes, and often get disconnected just as a person actually answers the phone!Just this morning we had to make two calls and wait over 10 minutes to reach someone. WILL SAY, though, that she WAS helpful once we got thru to her! BTW...my wife DID try your online self-service program, but all it does is register a request which then requires your return call to actually set an appointment up! You CANNOT "SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL IN REAL TIME"!!
3) After Hours Service -- haven't actually attempted as you can't even deliver on your basic contractual services! "WE VALUE YOUR TIME"---TOTAL FABRICATION!! HOURS spent waiting for phone calls, missed appointments, incorrect parts sent, etc!
Feel sorry for your service techs, as I once was in field service in the biomedical field and was also once a field service manager, and their(your) back office support sucks!

LOOK at your most recent reviews on facebook, etc---MANY are ONE STAR REVIEWS, and people comment they would give you ZERO STARS if they could! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, OF GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS!!
