Housekeeping was inconsistent from day to day. The food at the French and Mexican restaurants was not good and the female servicer at the Italian restaurant was terrible. She spent the entire time we were there flirting at one table. We finally got the attention of another server to take our order. Another couple waited over an hour for their food and when it finally came out, it was entirely the wrong order.
We were there 3 years ago and those 3 restaurants were our favorites! Don't understand what happened!
The food in the preferred club was the same every day and night, no variety. The preferred bar never had martini glasses! One night we were served a martini in a paper cup! That was very disappointing because we have stayed in several other Secrets and always has wonderful experiences!
