We stayed on the ground floor, in a suite that sleeps 4 to 6. Had a bedroom with 2 beds and a murphy bed and pullout couch in living room. Blackout curtains are nice touch. Full kitchen and good size bathroom. The shower head is a rain shower with adjustable height. Beds are not very comfortable and need to be updated. Fairly clean with no bugs. Could only hear neighbors upstairs walking around a few times which was not disturbing or annoying. Would recommend planning your stay from Sunday to Thursday as Oldtown has a live band on Friday and Saturday nights that plays until 2am or so and is quite loud. Could hear it even with earplugs. Hate to imagine how annoying that would be if you were right next to Oldtown(we were across street in building I). Not bad if you are a night owl but not ideal if you are in town for a Disney race and have to get up at 4am. Overall the price is very affordable ( we paid $75 a nite), the staff helpful and accommodating, and it is only 15 minutes or so from Disney.
