Given the conditions of the Island it is understood that the airport is not up to other tourist centers, but it is definitely very precarious. The infrastructure is ugly, modernization is urgent. Food and shopping services are miserable, the treatment of staff is very rude, even discriminatory for some nationalities, and transportation facilities inside and outside are bad. Apart from the airport it looks dirty and messy. I have even visited local airports in other countries that are better than this international.
