Just waved (virtually) goodbye to the fabulous EC team at the end of the 3 day Getting and Keeping Customers Virtual Convention. The content, the structure and the energy of these 3 days has impressed me SO much! Thought provoking, inspiring and practical - can't rate this experience highly enough.
