This limousine service has the worst customer service and is completely unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT BOOK THEM. We booked a car a week in advance and expected them to pick my family up (including luggage and my sick dad) from the airport in a timely manner. As soon as we got to baggage claim we called and this company assured us they would be there to pick us up and specified where to meet. We called them when we arrived at our meeting point and they put us on hold. They told us they would be there "shortly" but would not specify a time. What was our drivers name? Could we contact him personally? A driver had not even been assigned to us! We waited for thirty minutes on and off hold and not ONE SINGLE APOLOGY. Customer Service: F. Do not book this company. They are unreliable. They are rude. They clearly don't care about their customers. Lyft and Uber saved the day and saved us a pretty penny too!
