I have taken out the policy, unfortunately making a mistake in the city (province in the city post office - Bergamo instead of Grassobbio).
I phoned, explaining the situation. I was treated very badly, without courtesy, not to mention the tone of voice. To change from Bergamo to Grassobbio they charged me another 55 euros for no reason, also because in Grassobbio there are much, much less accidents than in Bergamo.
I was treated badly over the phone and they made me pay 55 euros more for no reason, on a total of 299 euros, which is not indifferent, on such a low initial sum. (299 +55 = 354)
VERY LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM, VERY LITTLE KINDNESS, NOT RECOMMENDED IN ANY WAY !!!
