The situation:

Every month I have my bill taken out of my checking account automatically to ensure I don't have to worry about it. It just so happens that I don't have enough in my checking account this month but have more than enough in my savings to cover the bill and transfer it over. I call you guys and get the response of incurring an additional $20 fee and use my history (good not great apparently) as a means to wave it only to be denied due to the same issue happening LAST MAY. I could understand if I were a consistent offender of this but a couple instances to not wave a fee is childish.

I think rather than nickel and diming people for petty instances you'd get a lot further and have a better rating than you do.
