Normally I am very impressed with the Service Dept...

Normally I am very impressed with the Service Dept but not last Thursday. I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm to have the Seat Belt Recall service performed. I arrived on time but did not get out of the dealership until 5:35 pm.

Additionally, when I scheduled the appointment, I told them that the rear passenger seat latch had broken and needed to be replaced and would they please order the part so that it would be available when I brought the vehicle in for the recall. They did not.

The very next day (Friday) I got notification that the part had arrived and should schedule an appointment to have it installed. Couldn't get an appointment until Sept 30th.

I don't live in Wilmington. I live in Ok Island. So now I have to drive the 45 minutes back to Wilmington at the end of the month.

And I never know how longan appointment is going to take so I have to take the dog in to day care (again).

Not happy.
