I don't have any negative comments about in-store customer service.
During my purchase, it slipped my mind to ask information about returns. I called some time later simply to get information about any return policy. Yadegar responded pretty aggressively, as if I had insulted him... My issue is not with the no return policy, but with his unprovoked, hostile response.

Based on this less than pleasant phone conversation, I'll be making future purchases elsewhere.
