I was not terribly impressed with the service from the folks here. We went in to get our guys fitted for tuxes, and none of the reps took charge to establish a flow. Most of us didn't know what was going on, so we spent I think and extra half hour before we could all leave to dinner, which meant the groom missed eating with us (his groomsmen).

Updated: We ended up having guys coming back who were not given a chance to try on their suits. In the end, we (including myself) had suits with tears, stains, or didn't fit properly.
