Review of The Brice a Kimpton Hotel

I am staying here for mandatory training for 4 day...

I am staying here for mandatory training for 4 days. I knew I would have to present a personal cc for incidentals but what I didn't know is those incidentals are a 75$ PER DAY charge. I don't have a cc other than my debit card and was 18$ short bc for some reason they dont just keep the card on file. The girl was not much help and was a little condescending when I asked if she could take a card over the phone... which she refused to do. I was able to call the bank and speak with someone over the phone to allow the hold for the amount but it is now charging me a 36$ overdraft fee.... all for 18$. So now I am stuck in the city with a negative cash flow until the hold drops off but still minus the 36$ charge from my bank. Had i not been able to reach the bank... what woild happen..i had to be here and even carpooled so leaving wasn't an option. Karma rewards preferences were not taken into consideration either... just a little disappointed. If we are going to pay boutique prices.. boutique treatment should be a requirement. I was not given the raid the bar card either even asking for it like it tells me to do on website... just told no outright.
