Used Hart Entertainment for the Jiffy Carnival this past weekend and they were unbelievable. All the games were perfect and exactly as described, all setup in time - most importantly their staff were super interactive and helpful throughout the entire day. Organizing the event was a breeze (I worked with Talia in their office) - would only use them for future events.
