We inspected an area and received an acceptance over the phone. For a month without any response or reaction, we received the feedback that our contact person had been terminated and that the space was now rented. In the case of later correspondence, the feedback was also missing. When I asked about it by phone, I was interrupted visibly angry and annoyed that I had been written to and I had not answered. At no point was I taken seriously as a customer / partner during the conversation. I asked that the mail be sent to me (again). A few days later I asked again by phone about the email, which again did not take place. Then I was told that the colleague would have misspelled my email address.
